- General
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all business relationships between Feli & Hans Fashion GmbH, Alte Mattseerstraße 3, 5101 Salzburg, Austria (hereinafter also referred to as "Feli & Hans") and the customer, which are initiated and processed through our online shop. Only the following General Terms and Conditions in their version valid at the time of the order apply. Deviating conditions of the orderer require the express written consent of Feli & Hans.
The goods offered through the Feli & Hans online shop are intended solely for end consumers. Customers must exclusively be consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB, i.e., any natural person who concludes the respective contract for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.
- Conclusion of contract
The goods offered in the Feli & Hans online shop do not yet constitute an offer to conclude a contract, but merely a request to submit an order.
Feli & Hans will confirm the receipt of the customer's order in text form (usually by email). This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute a binding acceptance of the order. It serves as information for the customer about the order placed. The purchase contract is only concluded when the ordered goods are sent to the customer or when Feli & Hans has transmitted an explicit order confirmation to the customer.
The language of the contract is exclusively German.
- Prices, shipping costs, and delivery
All price indications in the Feli & Hans online shop are in Euro and include the statutory value-added tax applicable in the Republic of Austria plus any shipping costs. The prices valid at the time of the order apply. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery is made worldwide. The purchase price is due upon sending the ordered goods.
The payment of the purchase price can be made at the customer's choice with one of our payment service providers. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
Feli & Hans delivers orders over 100€ free of charge throughout the EU. Orders under 100€ incur an additional shipping fee of 3.95€. Deliveries outside the EU may vary.
- Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Feli & Hans until full payment is made.
- Withdrawal instruction
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item. To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Feli und Hans Fashion GmbH, Alte Mattseerstraße 3, 5101 Salzburg, Austria, Tel.: +43 662 660283, E-Mail: service@felicitas.co) inform us of your decision to revoke this contract. You can request and use this sample revocation form, which is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, excluding delivery costs, without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day deadline expires. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any potential loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary for the examination of the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

- Return shipping costs
When exercising the right of withdrawal, you must bear the regular costs of return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered ones.
- Warranty
The statutory warranty rights and periods apply.
If the subsequent performance is carried out by way of replacement delivery, the customer is obliged, at the request of Feli & Hans, to return the initially delivered defective goods to Feli & Hans within 30 days.
- Liability
Feli & Hans is fully liable for damages resulting from the violation of life, body, and/or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence, provided that it conceals a defect with intent.
The items offered in the Feli & Hans online shop are photographed and described to the best of our knowledge and with the utmost care. Minor deviations between representation and reality do not constitute a defect in the ordered goods. Likewise, Feli & Hans assumes no liability for any errors or the completeness of the descriptive texts of an item, including product information and care instructions.
Feli & Hans is not liable for the functionality of data networks, servers, or data lines to its data center and the constant availability of its online shop.
In the case of the violation of insignificant contractual obligations, liability for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded.
Insofar as the liability of Feli & Hans is excluded or limited, this also applies to the liability of legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents of the company Feli & Hans.
- Privacy Policy
All personal data you provide will be collected, processed, and stored exclusively in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law.
To process the contract concluded with you, the use of your personal data is required. Any further use requires your explicit consent. You can find details about the data collected and their respective use in our privacy policy.
- Place of performance and jurisdiction
The contractual relationship is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Austria.
If the customer has their residence outside the Federal Republic of Austria, the exclusive jurisdiction is agreed to be the seat of Feli & Hans.
