Tracking & Returns
Tracking:
As soon as your order is ready for shipment and we have the tracking number in our system, we will send you a shipping notification. In this shipping notification, you will find the tracking number.
You can either click on this tracking number or copy it and paste it either at UPS Tracking or, if your package is shipped with the Austrian Post, paste it at the tracking of the Post AT.
This way you can see exactly where your order is currently located.
Returns
Do you want to return an item to us? You are welcome to return unworn and undamaged items. For customers from Germany and Austria, this is free of charge and works like this:
If you received the shipment with UPS, you received an email from us with the tracking number (shipping notification). Please click on the tracking number in this email. A window should open where you can click "Return this package".
Now go to View Return Label.
The following view will now open. Here you can choose whether you want to open the return label for printing, have it sent to you via email, or receive the UPS drop-off code.
With the UPS drop-off code, you can bring the package to the UPS drop-off point without a printed label and present the code. UPS will then create the label for you and take over the shipment.
If you received the shipment with the AUSTrian POST, you have a pre-printed return label in the package. Please use this for your return.
If you ordered from another country, please return your package to us at your own expense using a logistics provider of your choice.
Refund:
Once the items of your return have arrived at our warehouse and have been checked, we will initiate the refund for the corresponding items. The refund will always be made to the payment method you used to place the order. Please note that we will only refund the items, not the shipping costs. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take a few days to be credited to your account.
