If you want to return something to us, you have 30 days to do so. Returns from Germany and Austria are free of charge.

Simply download the free return label in our return portal . Stick it visibly on your well-sealed package and drop it off at the drop-off point. As soon as we receive your package, you will get your money back. We kindly ask you to return your goods only if they are complete, clean, and undamaged. Thank you very much!
