Tracking & Returns
Shipment tracking:
As soon as your order is ready for shipping and we have the tracking number in our system, we will send you a shipping notification. You will find the tracking number in this shipping notification.
You can either click on this tracking number or copy it and paste it into UPS tracking . Or if your package is sent with the Austrian Post, paste it into the Post AT tracking .
This way you can see exactly where your order is currently located.
Returns
Would you like to return an item to us? You are welcome to return unworn and undamaged items to us.
If you received the shipment with UPS, you will have received an email from us with the tracking number (shipping notification). Please click on the tracking number in this email. A window should open where you can click “Return this package”.
Now go to View Return Label.
The following view now opens. Here you can now choose whether you want to open the returns label for printing, have it sent to you by email, or receive the UPS delivery code.
With the UPS drop-off code, you can bring the package to the UPS drop-off point without a printed label and show the code. UPS will then create the label for you and take over the shipment.
If you received the shipment with the AUSTRIAN POST, you will have a pre-printed return label in the package. If it is not included, please email service@felicitas.co
Refund:
As soon as the items in your return have arrived and been checked by our logistics partner, we will arrange for the corresponding items to be refunded. The refund will always be made to the payment method you used to place the order. Please note that we will only refund you for the items, not the shipping costs. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take a few days to be credited to your account.
