We would like to point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for subsequent contract processing, the online shop operator stores the connection owner's IP data as part of cookies, as well as the buyer's name, address and, if applicable, credit card details.

In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract processing: email, telephone number. The data you provide is necessary to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of credit card details to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If a contract is concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) has expired.

The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase will also be stored until the end of product liability (10 years). 4. Online shop

Feli & Hans uses the Shopify Inc. (“Shopify”) platform as its shop system. When you place an order on our store, you agree to the storage and processing of your personal data by Shopify. For this purpose, your personal data will be transferred and processed to the Shopify data center in the United States. This storage and processing of data is carried out for the purposes of supporting and processing your orders, your authentication, processing payment transactions and improving Shopify's services. For more information about Shopify's terms of use and privacy, please visit http://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. Shopify uses Google Maps services to display geographical maps. Google’s corresponding privacy policy can be viewed here.

5. Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your device using the browser. They do no harm.

We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser the next time you visit.

If you do not wish this, you can set up your browser so that it informs you about the setting of cookies and you only allow this in individual cases.

If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of our website may be restricted.

6. Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics from Google Inc. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enables an analysis of your user's use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transmitted to Google servers in Europe and, in exceptional cases, in the USA and stored there.

You can prevent this by setting your browser so that no cookies are stored.

We have concluded a corresponding contract for data processing with the provider.

Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized (e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough localization is possible.

Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of Section 96 Paragraph 3 TKG and Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is to improve our offering and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymized.

The user data is stored for a period of 14 months.

7. Facebook

Due to our legitimate interest in analysis, optimization and economic efficiency, our online offering uses the so-called “Facebook pixel” from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA or if you are based in the EU , Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland.
With the help of this Facebook pixel, we are able to determine the visitors to our website as a target group for the display of Facebook advertisements.

Plugins from the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA, are integrated into our pages. You can recognize the Facebook plugins by the Facebook logo or the “Like” button on our site. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.

When you visit our pages, the plugin establishes a direct connection between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. If you click the Facebook "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to assign your visit to our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by Facebook. Further information can be found in Facebook's data protection declaration at: https://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.

If you do not want Facebook to be able to assign your visit to our pages to your Facebook user account, please log out of your Facebook user account.

8. Third-party cookies

Feli & Hans works with several advertising partners. These help to make the Internet offering and the websites more interesting for you.
Therefore, when you visit the websites, cookies from partner companies are also stored on your hard drive. These are temporary/permanent cookies that are automatically deleted after the specified period of time (lifespan 14 days to 2 years). The cookies from our partner companies also only contain pseudonymous, mostly anonymous data.
This includes, for example, data about which products you viewed, whether something was purchased, which products were searched for, etc.

9. Retargeting

Our websites use so-called retargeting technologies. This technology makes it possible to target Internet users who have already shown an interest in our products with advertising on our partners' websites. We are convinced that the display of personalized, interest-based advertising is generally more interesting for the Internet user than advertising that has no such personal connection. The display of these advertising materials on our partners' websites is based on cookie technology and an analysis of previous usage behavior. This form of advertising is completely pseudonymous. No usage profiles are merged with your personal data. By using our site, you agree that so-called cookies are used and that your usage data is collected, stored and used. Your data will also be stored in cookies beyond the end of the browser session and will be accessed again, for example, on your next visit to the website. You can revoke this consent at any time with future effect by refusing to accept cookies in your browser settings.

10. Newsletter

You have the option of subscribing to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your email address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. As soon as you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. You can cancel your subscription in every newsletter mailing. Alternatively, please send the cancellation to the following email address: service@felicitas.co. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with sending the newsletter.

11. Mailchimp

To send newsletters, we use “MailChimp” from the US provider Rocket Science Group, LLC, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE #5000, Atlanta, GA 30308, USA. The email addresses of our newsletter recipients as well as their other data described in the information are stored on MailChimp's servers in the USA. MailChimp does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them ourselves or to pass them on to third parties. The data is used in a pseudonymized form (without assignment to a user) to optimize Mailchimp's services. MailChimp is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thereby offers a guarantee that European data protection standards are met. We have also concluded a “data processing agreement” with MailChimp. This is a contract in which MailChimp undertakes to protect our users' data, to process it on our behalf in accordance with their data protection regulations and, in particular, not to pass it on to third parties. You can view the shipping service provider’s privacy policy here.

12. Protecting your privacy

For Feli & Hans it is of utmost importance to treat your personal data confidentially and of course to comply with statutory data protection regulations. We ensure secure transmission of your data via SSL (Secure Socket Layer). When you go through the ordering process in our shop, your data will be transmitted to us encrypted via SSL, and your passwords will only be stored in encrypted form.

13. Your rights

In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection.
