Shipment 

We ship worldwide! We do not charge any shipping costs for shipping costs (including VAT) within the EU!
For all other countries we charge a flat rate of €60 for shipping including customs clearance and returns at your own expense.

Shipping within the EU usually takes 2-5 working days. If problems arise due to delivery availability or unclear information, we will contact you. These cases may result in a longer processing time.

Delivery times may vary for deliveries to countries with corresponding customs requirements.

Exchanges and returns 

Return shipping is free for our customers in Germany and Austria. If you live in another country, your return costs will be calculated based on your choice of logistics provider.

We want you to be completely satisfied with our products, and as a small label we want to do everything we can to ensure that you enjoy Feli & Hans products for a long time. If a product you ordered does not suit you, please feel free to contact us service@felicitas.co and you will receive the right size straight away.

We want to encourage you to shop responsibly and consider the impact of the purchase and return process on the environment!

In general, if you want to return unworn and unwashed clothing and accessories, you have 30 days to do so. If the returned item is not received in its original condition, we reserve the right not to provide a full refund for the item.
